50% is due when you send us the application/history form and the remainder is due upon mailing in your videotape to us.  (We do not accept credit cards or insurance at this time)

With families facing the challenges of their children globally we have devised a way to help those who are unable to travel or who don’t have the resources to sponsor our travel. 

We will direct you in producing your very own video representation of your child as he/she behaves doing a multitude of activities over a number of days in your home. 

The greatest benefit of this option is that the child is still in their safe and familiar environment so a true sense of their development and struggles IN THE HOME are clear. With our expert and unique approach we evaluate the child’s skills and create a training program specifically designed for your child and family dynamic.  This has been a VERY effective and affordable option for many families over the years.

Before embarking on your new position as a Video Producer we would like to get to know each other better.  We would like to discuss your concerns and describe how we may help. Please contact us to set your free telephone consultation. At that time you will be provided the link to download and print out the application/history form that will provide our staff more in-dept information needed to understand your child.  Please return it to our office by snail mail.

After reviewing your child’s history we’ll provide instructions for you to become our eyes.  You will be given specific instructions on what to record for us to implement a thorough evaluation process.  Upon completion you will send your video tape to our offices.

As part of a Video Evaluation, you will receive:

• Consult on health and wellness issues affecting your child and family.

• A custom INEP (Individualized Neurodevelopment Education Program) written specifically to address your child’s specific needs

• A three ring notebook of your child's individual program activities

• A program box of ‘body/brain” beginning supplies

• A training video explaining and showing proper implementation of all the activities you will be doing with your child. Note: We want to emphasize these tapes are for your training and not for your child to sit and watch.

• On-going email and phone support.

• Over see your home schooling.  We don’t keep stock on-hand but will provide contact information with our recommendations.  We use proven “brain-based education” materials designed to "teach the brain" not only designed for eye appeal. Most of our materials are multi-sensory & level and can be used with more than one child. Our materials are perfect for home schooling and/or to share with special education teachers.

• We have designed and developed some of our own resources.  Samples will be included in your kit.  You may purchase completed materials from us.

Reevaluations are completed every 4 months to modify and adjust the program as your child's brain becomes organized. We go through the whole evaluation process again; we will provide directions for your new video and we provide you in return a new training video, INEP and written report..
